Sylvan Lake Golfing - Lakewood Golf

Lakewood Golf Resort

Lakewood Golf Resort is a well-treed course that is picturesque and player friendly. Located on the east side of Sylvan Lake, this 9-hole par 36 course is one of Alberta’s hidden gems. With three sets of tees and some well-placed water hazards and sand bunkers, it offers experienced golfers a challenge without overwhelming beginners. There’s an onsite golf shop with a golf pro on staff and a clubhouse with a restaurant. There’s also an onsite driving range and a practice green. There are three RV Parks adjacent to the course. Plans to expand the golf course and the RV parks are underway.

Sylvan Lake Golf and Country Club

This 18-hole par 72 semi-private course offers nice views from its well-groomed fairways and greens. Sylvan Lake Golf and Country Club has a short game practice area with practice putting green, as well as a clubhouse with a pro shop and a full-service restaurant. The restaurant’s outdoor patio overlooks the course and is a great place to relax with a cool drink after a round. There’s also an onsite RV campground that can be booked daily, monthly or for the entire golf season.

Meadowlands Golf Club

Established in 1992, Meadowlands Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 72 public course that is known for its open fairways and challenging greens. Water and sand hazards make this course exciting for seasoned players, but three sets of tees keep it playable for beginners. There’s a driving range, a practice green and a well-stocked pro shop. The clubhouse has a spacious lounge area with a full-service bar and restaurant. There’s also an onsite RV park that can be booked nightly, weekly, and seasonally.

Alberta Springs Golf Course

A rolling 18 hole course just a couple minutes outside of Sylvan Lake, Alberta Springs golf course sits among the rolling hills and fields. A prime tournament spot with water and sand features. The course offers lessons, a driving range, and is home to The Loft restaurant.
