UNDER THE LIGHTS

Sylvan Lake's Winter Village wraps the pier in over 300,000 twinkling lights starting on November 14th, 2025! Grab a hot cocoa, don your mittens, and take a stroll under the dazzling winter light display beside the lake. Let the Winter Village enchant you with its lit archways, twinkle lights, dancing beams, Christmas tree parade, and bonfire nights.

Daily Light Show: 7 p.m. ( approx. 10 minutes, flashing lights timed to music)

Daily Light Display: 5p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (lights are on with no flashing.)

*If you have sensitivity to flashing lights, please take the necessary precautions to avoid showtimes

WINTER VILLAGE FIREPIT NIGHTS

Head down to the Winter Village to enjoy the thousands of twinkling lights and on specific dates over the winter season, enjoy sitting fireside in the Winter Village.
Here's when you can enjoy a fire at the Winter Village:

December 20th from 6 - 9 PM
January 3 - 4th, from 5 - 8 PM
January 10 - 11th, from 5 - 8 PM
January 3 - 17 - 18th, from 5 - 8 PM
January 24 - 25th, from 5 - 8 PM
January 31st - February 1st, from 5 - 8 PM

CHRISTMAS TREE PARADE

A parade of mini Christmas trees decorated by local business sponsors. Use the QR code attached to the planters to vote for your favorite!

LIT LAKE SKATING RINKS

After dark, the lake skating rinks glow with color changing lighting embedded in the ice surface. Bring your skates to experience true winter paradise magic

WINTER BONFIRE NIGHTS

Cozy up at the sponsored bonfire nights in the Winter Village. Pull up a log, bring along some hot cocoa, and enjoy the entertainment around the fire.
