Lakeside Car Meet Ups
If you’re lucky, you might catch a peek at a car meet up somewhere along Sylvan Lake’s iconic Lakeshore Drive in the early evening throughout the spring and summer. Classic cars, hotrods, and groups of identical vehicles all in a rainbow of colors, will blow into town for an impromptu meet up of like minded aficionados!
Automotive enthusiasts gather as a community to enjoy the trip out to Sylvan Lake when the day is cooling off against the sunset. You’ll spot a car meet up trailing into town or grouping in one of the beachside parking lots.
Lakefront Park’s gravel parking lot is the largest public lot and great for groups to get together right near the lighthouse. There are several paved lots near Centennial Park where vehicles can line up in a row and access Sylvan Lake’s beachfront directly.
Keep an eye out - you never know when you’ll spot them driving through!
