Register to Showcase Artwork

Artists may showcase their artwork at the event on September 9 from 3pm - 8:30pm. This may also include no-charge live work demonstrations from your artist booth. There are no onsite sales transactions.

Attending the event is a great way to talk to event guests, hand out business cards and other information, and share more about the piece and the artistic process. Attending the event alongside the art piece also allows the artist to supervise the art piece directly for its protection.

If an artist chooses not to attend the event alongside their piece, the art piece will be placed in the most suitable location available. Artwork may be displayed for the duration of the weekend and will be available for pick up at the NexSource Center on Wednesday, September 13.

Showcase opportunities are available on Saturday, September 9 from 3-9:30pm. For artists attending the event, set up runs from Noon-3pm on September 9. Artists must provide any equipment necessary to display art which may include hanging materials, canopy tent, tables, etc.
